Abstract |
Background. Consideration is being given to improving approaches and methods for strategic agricultural planning, which are driven by the need to achieve innovative national food security objectives, taking into account the unprecedented impact of risks and threats to their provision. It was shown that the need for radical changes in the strategic planning of the agro-industrial complex is ripe, aimed at solving food problems and overcoming the challenges associated with the peculiarities of the functioning of the industry, dependence on imported resources, rising prices and reducing real incomes of citizens, sanctions, anti-sanctions and the pandemic of coronavirus. |
